We're getting our hands dirty this spring with our first Container Planting Party! We used to do these all the time as private events, and now we're opening it up to the public!

These hands-on workshops will be led by our Queen Bee Annie Huston, who's an award-winning annual container designer with over 30 years of experience. You'll be in good (and very opinionated) hands as she goes over plant material, care, and design for your annual containers. Then you'll be set loose to plant your own pot and sip on a little treat from our mimosa bar!

We provide the soil, plants, instruction, design advice, and help loading your container.

Bring your own empty 15"-18" diameter (measured at the top) container from home, or purchase a new one at the store for 20% off the day of the workshop.

Sign up for either the shade or sun container workshops:

SHADE CONTAINER WORKSHOP: 10-12
SUN CONTAINER WORKSHOP: 1-3

Quick tip: if your container will get western or strong southern sun for most of the day, it's a sun container. If your container gets eastern or northern sun, very filtered sun, or is under a roof, you'll do better with a shade container. Not sure? Contact us and we'll help!
